New Releases and a New Look at Elemental Scraps!

Elemental Scraps has received a beautiful new makeover! Along with all our regularly scheduled new releases this week, this is also Color Play week, and we have a wonderful Free With Purchase offer for you! I have two new kit series being released today, as well as my part of the Color Play and FWP offers, so hold on tight cuz this is a HUGE post! All new releases are offered today with a 25% discount, but the FWP offer lasts all week.

Spring is in full bloom here in my little corner of the Ozark Mountains, and I just had to pluck some of my favorite branches to create a foliage element pack.

I couldn't just extract those flowers and not have papers to match Mother's Nature pallette, so I also created this pack of Spring Splendor solids to coordinate. Every paper in the pack is slightly different in texture and/or folds.

Here are some CT layouts using the Spring Splendor packs.

I love good, all-purpose alphabets, and this is one of them! My Lt. General alphabet is a nice tall set of letters, about 3 inches high, which are perfect for creating focal points or reducing in size to be a smaller element.

Sometimes my design mojo is directly influenced by the photo opportunities in my life. My two middle schoolers competed in their school's science fair last month, and my daughter won first place! I wanted a kit I could scrap those pictures with, and yet it still had to be versatile enough to be good for any scientific type layout you might want to make with it! I believe this kit could be used for lots of different themes, and because I have a funny sense of humor, I am going to give a $3 gift certificate to the first 5 people who send me a "You Dirty Rat" layout created with this kit!

Here is a set of metal-rimmed, atomically charged alphabet tags to match the Mad Scientist kit,

and a set of wordart created with quotes from scientists.

Here are a couple of CT layouts featuring the Mad Scientist kits.

Along with our regular new releases, this is also Color Play week at ES! We used our new color pallette for the site to create a huge category of mix and match paper packs, element packs, and alphabets. Everything coordinates together! I made this set of plastic alphabets.

To celebrate the grand re-opening this week, the designers have created a Quick Page for you using one of their kits. I added this one made with my Oh Happy Day kit. You get the entire package of 20 QP's absolutely FREE when you purchase at least $5 worth of items. With all the fantastic new releases this week, that isn't hard to do at all!
