When you purchase my Commercial Use products you may use them to create Personal Use items for resale kits. You do need to change them somehow, and you cannot resell them "as-is." They need to make up no more than 30% of the kit you use them in.
You may not use them to create new Commercial Use products, to use as freebies, or re-distribute them in any other manner.
I do not require credit for my Commercial Use products, but it is always appreciated.
My Personal Use TOU
All of my Personal Use kits are okay to use for Scrap-4-Hire projects, providing the final product you deliver to your customers is in a flattened product. You may not resell or redistribute my individual files.
You may also use my Personal Use items to dress up your personal blogs, or to create personal use blog backgrounds/elements for others providing the final product is a flattened product. I do ask that you provide a link somewhere on the blog to this blog if you use my items. You may NOT use my products to create blog backgrounds/elements for general resale, though.
Any credits posted for products used from my Personal Use kits... ie, forum boards, galleries, publications, etc should be given to Lucky Smith Designs.
